Order Placement

  1. How do I order online?

  2. To view an item, click on the image of the item.
  3. Select preferred size and colour and click “add to cart”
  4. Once all items are added to cart, click “view bag and checkout” on the shopping cart.
  5. Review products to ensure the correct size, colour, and quantity. 
  6. Add any instructions for the seller if need be in the box
  7. Check “I have read and understood the terms and conditions.” You can view the terms and conditions by clicking on the text.
  8. Click “proceed to check out”
  9. Enter customer information as required
  10. Check appropriate shipping method and click “Continue to payment method”
  11. Select Payment Method; Cash on Delivery or Credit Card
  12. If billing address is different to shipping address, enter the appropriate billing address.
  13. Complete order

  1. Can I place an order over the phone?

We currently do not accept order placements over the phone. Our comprehensive online tutorial would assist you in placing your order.

  1. What payment options do you offer for orders placed online?

The amanté website accepts VISA and MasterCard payments through its payment gateway operated through Global Payments Asia-Pacific Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. Debit Cards are not accepted online due to security restrictions.

We also accept Cash on Delivery for all orders within Sri Lanka.

 

Checking Order Status:

  1. How do I track my package?

All orders are processed within 1 working day and are shipped to reach you with 3-7 working days for orders within Sri Lanka. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email along with a tracking link from Aramex for your convenience.

For international orders, please email us on myorders@masholdings.com quoting the Order number and we will revert on the delivery date.

  1. How can I change/cancel my order?

A change or cancellation must be notified to us within one day of placing your order. To change or cancel an order, please contact us via email (myorders@masholdings.com) or phone (+94 11 2 68282) quoting the order number and the respective change needed to be processed or the request to cancel your order.

amanté currently offers bras, panties, lingerie (sleepwear), swim and sportswear

  1. What size ranges do you offer?

We currently offer bras in B to D Cups and 32-40 band sizes. Our pantie and sports bra sizes range from small (S) to extra-large (XL) with swimwear sizes ranging from extra-small (XS) to extra-large (XL).   1. Do you carry plus sizes?

We currently do not carry plus size lingerie.

  1. Do you offer maternity bras?

At this moment, we do not offer maternity bras.

We have partnered with Aramex for ground delivery services in Sri Lanka.

How can I calculate shipping & handling charges for an international order?
Shipping costs vary based on your Shipping Location/Country, value of Order and/or Weight of your order. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The ‘Shipping Cost’ will be displayed at the Checkout screen, prior to payment processing.

 

Return and Exchange

  1. How do I return/exchange an item I purchased online?
Returns and Exchanges are possible on all Bras and Sleepwear purchased online. We do not accept returns and exchanges on Panties, Briefs and Swimwear due to hygienic reasons. All returned or exchanges should be in original condition. The items must be accompanied with the appropriate invoice and receipt of the order.
Email us on myorders@masholdings.com quoting the Order Number and your contact number and we will be in touch with you regarding the exchange. 
  1. Can I return an item I purchased online to the boutiques?

Yes, an item eligible for exchange (as per above 1) can be exchanged or returned to the amanté Boutiques within 7 days of purchase. The item must be original condition and should be accompanied with the receipt and invoice of purchase.

3. How soon will I receive my refund for a returned item? Within 1-2 weeks.

    The refund for a returned item will be issued within one to two weeks after receiving the item.
